All accommodation for RN delegates will be in local hotels! We have negotiated some great rates and special deals especially for you. You can book accommodation online at www.alm.org.uk/conferences/accommodation.
Is there parking for cars and coaches during the Conference?
Free car parking space is provided on the Abundant Life Church campus. However, it is recommended that large coaches drop off and pick up only.
How will I get from my hotel to the campus?
A minibus shuttle service will be running between the campus and throughout the day.
Can I reserve seats for my youth group?
Because of the nature of the conference we are unable to reserve seats. We encourage the youth leaders to be on campus for 6.30pm for the evening celebrations as the seating operates on a first-come basis.
Is Bradford safe for young people?
The outstanding facility of the ALC campus is home to ROCKNATIONS. We have 24 hour security on campus throughout the conference, as well as specific security throughout the meetings. All shuttle buses to and from the hotels have a “Bus Buddy” on board to ensure security. All activities at RN have been through strict health and safety checks and there is a trained first aid team on hand if needed. Our staff and security are clearly identifiable. It is however your responsibility to ensure the welfare and safety of your young people at all times. A ratio of 1 leader to 6 same sex delegates is required. Although security staff will be present on campus, your luggage and belongings are your responsibility and we recommend limiting the valuables you bring with you.
How do I provide food for my young people?
The Gallery, and “The Coffee Room” Proudly brewing Starbucks coffee is open over the conference serving hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks. You will also be able to buy meal deal vouchers for our on-site catering. Nearby outlets such as Nando’s, Frankie and Benny’s, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, and KFC are all within walking distance of the ALC campus.
