Conference Highlights for RN07
Wednesday night

Well 2006 was a great Rocknations but 2007 began off the charts. The evening started with Titus a Chinese Punk Rock band thrashing out to an audience hungry for more. The atmosphere in the crowd was absolutely electric as the opener started which included video through an led wall and drums that came out of the stage to the ceiling - a sight that was so cool.

RPM jumped to the stage at the start of filming for their next live worship album which is happening during Rocknations and the worship was phenomenal. Jock James encouraged the crowd to get into the presence of God on day one of the conference and not wait until the last day and the place went crazy.  The band introduced some of their new songs which the crowd loved and many were impacted by God during the worship.

Christine Caine from Hillsong Australia spoke a life changing message about not only being a person who knows about God but, being someone who knows God personally. This was Christine's first time at Rocknations and she didn't disappoint. To the audience gathered at Rocknations and potentially millions at home watching GodTV she gave a stirring message of hope. She encouraged everyone to forgive others and from her personal story of abuse, adoption and rejection and showed how knowing God had made the difference and allowed her to forgive. She then invited all in the crowd to know God personally and in the appeal over 107 young people responded. A fantastic fact for the night was that for every minute of the conference so far a person made a decision for Christ.

This is just the beginning of the conference and It can only get better from here. If you can make it down to the conference any day this week you will not be disappointed and the evenings are free for all to attend- See you tomorrow.
